Experience string studies at SFCM through two private lessons, historical performance seminars, and technique and orchestral repertoire classes, and join masterclasses across all string instruments. Additional classes in healthy playing and chamber music also introduce participants to other areas of the SFCM curriculum. 

SFCM violin faculty are concertmasters of the San Francisco Symphony, San Francisco Opera and San Francisco Ballet, touring soloists and chamber musicians, and teachers of international competition and orchestra audition winners. Improve your solo playing and technique, learn to play orchestral excerpts from a concertmaster, and introduce yourself to baroque violin playing, Alexander Technique, and chamber music at SFCM.

12:15 -1:00 PM: Virtual lunch with SFCM faculty and students
1:30 - 4:00 PM: Private Lessons
4:30 - 5:30 PM: Orchestral Repertoire Class
